PROPOSED PROJECT: More River North Development

February 6, 2015 by Taylor Allen

Alamo Manhattan is in the process of developing a multi-family project in the River North area. The project site, located on Jones, across from the San Antonio Museum of Art, would front the river.

The project, still early in design, is located on 1.3 acres owned by James Lifshutz. Mr. Lifshutz is involved with the re-development of Blue Star and owns additional property in the River North neighborhood.

The project has already gone before Historic and Design Review Commission. This development will add to the over 1,000 units that have been built or are under construction along the Broadway corridor. Early designs show a parking garage, pool, courtyards, and clubhouse with fitness center. There are no timelines or specifics of the project at this time.
